Quincy Alternative for Unbelievable Deal in a Townhome

Last night I went out with a client to see a townhome in Weymouth Mass. WOW! We had originally started our search in Quincy and sort of trickled over to Weymouth. 

This was the best thing we ever ended up doing. We ended up seeing some amazing townhouses which are completely new construction. The price of these townhomes is $249,000 and $259,000.
