Braintree Massachusetts Condo Market Review

 I recently had a prospective client call me about a condo located in Braintree, Mass (02184). The potential client wanted to me to review the market conditions in order for her to make a decision on what to price her prospective condo in Braintree at.


In 2010, there were 60 condos sold in Braintree. These condos were sold at 97% of their list price. The average market days for a condo in Braintree was 158 days. I believe this number is skewed due to the fact that there was lising in Braintree that was on the market for 776 days.

31 of the 60 condos sold ni Braintree sold were between 200k and 299k. This is 51% of the total sales in Braintree. A condo was
sold in Braintree every 6 days in 2010.

Winter? Really? 42 Open Houses This Weekend in Quincy,Milton,Canton and Braintree

 Who said it was winter? There are 42 open houses this weekend between Quincy,Milton,Canton and Braintree. If you are looking to enter the market in 2011, you could get out before the Patriots whip the Jets (@realpatriots).

The 42 properties are a combo of single family homes, condos and multifamily properties. The least expensive is a single family in Quincy for 229k on Nelson. You can see that one here.
