Homes in Quincy Mass 02169 Condos at Village Drive Remax Michael Mahoney
This week I want to review all of the sales in The Village at Crown Colony in Quincy. There were 7 closed sales in the complex this year. Currently there are two properties under agreement. In 2013, there was only 1 property on the markert which failed to sell. The market has been really strong in the upper price condo market in Quincy. There is still a shortage of inventory on the market for nicer condos. In the video below, I demontrate the market activity for the complex. Why do people decide to Live at The Village at Crown Colony
The Village at Crown Colony in Quincy is chosen by people because of the quality of the the complex. The complex is really well kept and it is apparent from the momemt you enter the drive at the property. The landscape is always fresh and trimmed. Snow is always removed. The buildings never have peeling paint. Bottomline, the management company does a pretty nice job with keeping on top of the details of managing a 100 unit complex.
Most people enjoy the fact that the Village at Crown Colony is designed to look like a quaint New England Village. All of the homes are essentially townhouse style condominiums. There are 100 units in the complex. The complex is at 100% completion. The units were built in the late 1990's. They are all really well kept. In addition, there is very low rental property in the complex. The majority of the units in The Village at Crown Colony are owner occupied.
On site, there is a common clubhouse which can be rented out for parties and functions. In the lower level of the clubhouse, there is a small gym where you can work up a good sweat without having to buy a gym membership. It is accessible via keypad 24 hours a day.
The majority of the condos within The Village at Crown Colony are over 1500 square feet each. They are very sizable units. A good number of the units have attached garages. All the units have washer/dryer hookups. Most of the units have either small outdoor space or a small deck off of the main living area. These truly have all of the amenities of owning a single family without the upkeep issues associated with owning a single family. Additionally, people enjoy winters at home with their very own woodburning fireplaces.
People also have access to a shuttle which will get them from the complex to the Quincy Adams Redline Station making your commute to Boston a cinch.
I did a blog post on the complex a couple of years ago. You can see more of that at: http://activerain.com/blogsview/3518295/the-village-at-crown-colony-in-quincy#sthash.qeaY8O8N.dpuf
