In this week's newsletter, I continue to beat the drum about the lack of
inventory in the residential real estate market inside the 495 Belt
of Greater Boston. It's clearly the best time to sell.
Properties going pending are almost 1.5x's the number of new listings
coming on the market. This is reflected in my Norfolk and Suffolk
County report for single families, condos, & multifamily properties.
It's definitely hotter than Georgia asphalt.
Since the reopening of society there has been nothing but upward
trending rocketing to the heavens. The market is moving
as fast as Tropical Storm Isaias moved up the Eastern seaboard.
I think you would be shocked to see the inventory in the residential
real estate space in Massachusetts is down 51% from last year.
This is why the buyers are buzzing like KILLER BEEs & it's partly
because homes are selling at the fastest pace ever recorded by Zillow.
