One of the best condominium complexes in Quincy, Massachusetts in my humble opinion is The Village at Crown Colony. The property is located on Village Drive in Quincy which is in the back of the Crown Colony Office Complex. It is really close to the Quincy Adams T Station. The condo complex is tucked in way in the back of the
Crown Colony Office Park.
Most people enjoy the fact that the Village at Crown Colony is designed to look like a quaint New England Village. All of the homes are essentially townhouse style condominiums. There are 100 units in the complex. The complex is at 100% completion. The units were built in the late 1990's. They are all really well kept. In addition, there is very low rental property in the complex. The majority of the units in The Village at Crown Colony are owner occupied. My most recent listing in the complex can found here.
On site, there is a common clubhouse which can be rented out for parties and functions. In the lower level of the clubhouse, there is a small gym where you can work up a good sweat without having to buy a gym membership. It is accessible via keypad 24 hours a day.
The majority of the condos within The Village at Crown Colony are over 1500 square feet each. They are very sizable units. A good number of the units have attached garages. All the units have washer/dryer hookups. Most of the units have either small outdoor space or a small deck off of the main living area. These truly have all of the amenities of owning a single family without the upkeep issues associated with owning a single family. Additionally, people enjoy winters at home with their very own woodburning fireplaces.
The Village at Crown Colony in Quincy is chosen by people because of the quality of the the complex. The complex is really well kept and it is apparent from the momemt you enter the drive at the property. The landscape is always fresh and trimmed. Snow is always removed. The buildings never have peeling paint. Bottomline, the management company does a pretty nice job with keeping on top of the details of managing a 100 unit complex. People also have access to a shuttle which will get them from the complex to the Quincy Adams Redline Station making your commute to Boston a cinch.

What's the Neighborhood Like?
The condos would you expect to find for sale in The Village at Crown Colony in Quincy would range in size from 1500 to 2000 square feet. Most of the them are two level townhouses, however there are some first floor ground level units available. The majority of these units were built in 1998. Many of the units have been well kept or upgraded over the years.
Many people like the fact that it is like living in a neighborhood without all of the traditional upkeep of a single family home.
What's Going on Near The Village at Crown Colony?
The Village of Crown Colony is in the City of Quincy Massachusetts. Within walking distance from the complex are The Quincy Adams Redline Stop which will get you from the complex to Downtown Boston. This Quincy has so many things to offer it's resident. You can walk to Kilroys Irish Pub Restaurant and Hancock's Steak House which is in Marriott Boston Quincy.
If you need to stock up on consumer electronics or 100's of paper towels, you will be able to take a Spin over the BJ's Wholesale Club which is a quick walk.
What School Will the Kids Go To?
The Village at Crown Colony in Quincy is served by the City of Quincy Public School System. There are two high schools in Quincy. These are the Quincy High School which was just rebuilt in the last couple of years and North Quincy High School. As far as elementary and middle schools it will vary.
